What better way to stay fit and have fun at the same time? Join us next Sunday, June 4, at 10:00 am, at the AliciaFreak Training Studio (9500 SW 167th Ave, Miami, Florida 33196), where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a Zumba session taught by teacher Denia Balmori.

¿Qué es La Zumba? / What is Zumba?
La Zumba es una disciplina que combina movimientos de baile con rutinas de ejercicios aeróbicos. No importa si eres un principiante o tienes experiencia previa, ¡todos son bienvenidos! Nuestra profesora de danza experta adaptará la clase para asegurarse de que todos puedan participar y disfrutar al máximo.
Además de los beneficios para la salud, la Zumba es una excelente manera de socializar y conocer a otros padres y tutores del D&V Art Center. ¡Será una oportunidad fantástica para fortalecer nuestra comunidad y compartir una actividad divertida juntos!
Zumba is a discipline that combines dance moves with aerobic exercise routines. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or have previous experience, everyone is welcome! Our expert dance teacher will tailor the class to make sure everyone can participate and enjoy themselves to the fullest.
In addition to the health benefits, Zumba is a great way to socialize and meet other D&V Art Center parents and guardians. It will be a fantastic opportunity to strengthen our community and share a fun activity together!
